The structure is comprised primarily of precast plank on structural steel. The roof is constructed of cold form steel trusses. The central core is structural slab on deck. The stair towers are constructed of reinforced concrete unit masonry bearing walls. The irregular shape of the building required the use of isolation movement joints. The structure also contains concentrically braced and moment frames.
