SPIRIT OF LIFE SPENCER TRASK MEMORIAL RESTORATION

SLD is the Architect of record and lead consultant for the restoration of this important memorial. The scope of the project involves the repair, replacement and cleaning of the deteriorated limestone and cast-stone components as well as repointing of all of the masonry joints. Additional work includes stucco restoration, repairs to fountain plumbing systems and overseeing the other contracts including the Historic Landscape Restoration and the Spirit of Life Statue Conservation. As part of the overall project SLD particpates in the City’s Public Hearings process and navigating local and state agencies approvals.
